Magneto X's Journey: Your Feedback, Our Progress

This is Mark, reaching out with some important updates and heartfelt insights on our Magneto X journey.

【Field Testing and Community Insights】

Recently, a select group of field testers from our community began working with the test production units of Magneto X. Their experiences and feedback are shaping the future of this project in real time. While we've encountered some challenges, like minor shipping damages, these hurdles have only strengthened our resolve to improve.

【Enhancements Based on Your Feedback】

Your input has led to several significant enhancements in the Magneto X:

Orca Slicer Integration in Collaboration with Soft_fever: Aiming for more user friendly in your slicing experience.

Expanded Filament Profiles: Thanks to the shared expertise of our field testers, we're enhancing our filament profiles.

Strengthened Build Plate Stability: Upgraded with a reinforced L bracket for consistent printing quality.

Improved Z-Axis Bearing: Enhanced stability during printing and leveling for superior print quality. 

For productuon units, we will ship them with the built plates deattached from the printer to reduces of shipping damages to the z-axis L brackets. Currently, almost all the shipping damages are related to the build plate. The built plate requires 4 screws to secure back to the printer. 

Highlighting User Creativity - A Playable Bass Guitar: One of our talented field testers impressively printed a playable bass guitar with 3kg of filaments in under 2 days instead of a week, demonstrating the true potential of Magneto X. Watch the creative print video below👇

Commitment to Quality in New and Existing Units: These hardware improvements are being integrated into new production units. For Magneto X printers already shipped, we will ensure these enhancements are applied at our local warehouses before they reach you.

Showcasing Our In-House Creativity: Our team, inspired by your passion, has been pushing the limits of what Magneto X can achieve. We're excited to share these in-house creations with you.
