Except as otherwise noted, every product purchased at Peopoly has a 30-day return policy. If an item is faulty, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days from receipt, returns will not be accepted. Returns for non-defective printers and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note: A printer can only be deemed defective by Peopoly Technical Support or the printer manufacturer directly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all parts and accessories intact.It must also be in the original packaging.
3D printers and accessories vary by model and are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer in addition to this policy. Please inquire regarding the return policy of individual printers. For 3D printer kits, no returns will be accepted for any kit that has been opened. Only new, unopened 3D printer kits may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
As some printer manufacturers require that printers be sent in their original packaging for repair, we highly encourage customers to keep any and all original packaging for at least for the entirety of their warranty period - fees may be charged for replacement packaging, if necessary.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumables goods such as resin, sticker, platform or vats cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Peopoly is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts to other countries. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please email us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned.
