All printers and kits carried 1-year parts warranty except resin vat and laser as both parts are consumables.  All parts and consumables are protected against DOA (defective on arrival).  The best way to initiate support and warranty related issue is to contact your sales rep if your purchase through a reseller or contact us if you bought directly from Peopoly online store.
