so now I understand what Baha meant and I figured the difference between this:

and this:

I must say, quite cunfusing indeed and I apparently just “updated” to the same version as before.

So why is 1.1.4 in the DEV channel? Is it safe for me as an end user to update? Or should I better wait till it reaches the MAIN channel? As a side note after my last print while idling the priter gave me an M112 error. I did not comprehend why that happened. Does that influence whether I should update?

I will be grateful for any help you can provide.

5th October and the wiki still says ‘The latest version is v1.1.3‘

The linked guide uses the DEV release channel, the MAIN channel is still at version 1.1.3. I’d expect a release announcement to be using the MAIN channel.
